MTB brake discs with different widths of the friction ring and optimally designed braking surface for the Rohloff Speedhub • the material used with the heat treatment matched to it make these brake discs very stable and resistant to wear • Ø203 and Ø220 mm diameter especially suitable for touring bikes and e-bikes which need slightly larger braking forces due to their total weight (up to 230kg).
These brake discs are installed, among others, on e-bike motors from Heinzmann (DirectPower and CargoPower), which are then used in cargo bikes from Speedliner Mobility.

Update 2021
From now on all Discs are glass bead blasted, but the price does not increase it! This finish treatment reduces the braking time of the brake discs (more information here) and gives the brake disc an even better look.
Update 2019
Optimization of the design of the brake disc in the area of the braking surface. We have optimized the arrangement of the holes and added additional recesses, so that the complete brake pad is 100% engaged. The pad cleaning is thus carried out over the entire friction ring width.

Information for the heat treatment:
For additional stability and strength, all our disc brakes are heat treated. During this process, basic strength in addition to the resilient properties of the material can be improved. As a result, our discs have a very high level of strength, and visibly lower wear, which gives the discs a longer life! In addition, the risk of bending the disc is reduced, so your disc should stay straighter, longer!
These effects are only visible when the disc is installed correctly, and the brake is used properly.
