Custom Brake Rotors by BrakeStuff

A brake rotor like no other: With names, logos, or even laser-etched images, we create designs that are unmatched globally. Whether it's exclusive branding for bike shops, a personal statement for individualists, or the ultimate gift idea – a custom rotor from BrakeStuff makes a clear statement on your bike.

Custom Design Meets Uncompromising Performance

For us, "custom" means more than just looks. Through the perfect symbiosis of high-grade material and specialized heat treatment, our rotors are exceptionally powerful and warp-resistant. Every unique piece is manufactured with the same precision as our professional racing components.

Maximum Compatibility: Our custom rotors are technically fine-tuned for all common braking systems: Avid, Formula, Hayes, Hope, Magura, Rohloff, Shimano, and Tektro.

The Technical Core

Maximum Durability through Vacuum Hardening
We make no compromises when it comes to longevity. All BrakeStuff rotors are manufactured from a special, high-alloy stainless steel. After laser cutting, they undergo a precisely tuned vacuum hardening process. The result: A material structure perfectly prepared for the extreme stresses of braking.

Quality Guarantee: To ensure this premium quality, we perform a Rockwell hardness test on every single rotor at three different points.

Surface Finish: Glass Bead Blasting for Instant Performance
Upon request, we refine your custom rotor with glass bead blasting – a particularly gentle surface treatment process. This removes tool marks and discolorations, resulting in a smoothed, compacted surface with a sophisticated satin finish.

The Key Advantage: This treatment significantly reduces the bedding-in time compared to conventional rotors. This allows you to reach full, safe braking power much faster.

Master Craftsmanship: Why Quality is Worth the Investment

Every custom design is a technical masterpiece. Each rotor is individually designed in CAD, where we precisely integrate your text or logo into the base design. Two things always come first: your safety and perfect manufacturability.

Precision Laser Cutting vs. Mass Production
While common rotors are often mass-produced using inexpensive stamping tools, this is technically impossible for our custom designs. We manufacture every disc using a high-precision laser process. Even the most intricate contours are worked out in detail. This laser process is time-consuming, but it is the only way to achieve a perfect result.

An Investment That Pays Off
Yes, our custom rotors carry a premium price tag compared to standard products. But the value is immense: significantly higher durability, uncompromising top-tier performance even under the most challenging conditions, and a look that makes your bike a worldwide unique piece.
