Our Development Process: Precision in Every Step

Requirements Analysis & Design: It all starts with the CAD system. This is where we engineer the geometry of our discs, such as the unique hole pattern of the Punch Disc. Years of experience regarding thermal loads and material stress are directly integrated into the design.

Materials & Laser Technology: We exclusively use high-alloy stainless steels. Each disc is laser-cut with absolute precision according to our engineering specifications – a process that grants us maximum design freedom and superior accuracy.

Vacuum Hardening: As a manufacturer, we know that material only reaches its full potential through the right treatment. Every disc undergoes vacuum hardening to achieve a warp-free and extremely wear-resistant grain structure.

In-House Quality Control: We take full responsibility. After the hardening process, we test the Rockwell hardness of every single disc at three defined points. Only products that meet our rigorous criteria leave our workshop.
