The alignment spacers for IS brake calipers are an important aid when mounting them on frames and/or suspension forks. The problem with aligning an IS2000 brake caliper is probably familiar to everyone - the manufacturing tolerances are sometimes too large to easily screw the caliper onto the fork or rear frame. The brake rubs or does not sit parallel to the disc.
These ultra-thin shims help by minimally correcting the caliper so that the disc runs perfectly centered between the brake pads.
